Multiprofessional teams resolving indoor-air problems—emphasis on the psychosocial perspective
This article presents a strategy for managing and solving complex or severe indoor environment problems. The proposed model emphasizes the importance of target- and process-oriented, systematic action and multiprofessional teamwork. Furthermore, a genuine participative approach that encourages the occupants of the building to take part in the problem-solving process is considered essential. Managing the social and human aspects in the critical phases of the process plays a significant role in resolving indoor-air problems.
